Exit terms
Your data is yours. Changing provider should not cost you anything.
The operation fee is monthly. If you cancel, the platform stays live until the end of the paid month.
For 30 calendar days after cancelling we hand over your data in standard formats, your files and the platform ready for other hosting.
After those 30 days we delete your data from our servers and confirm it in writing.
